We never realized how challenging it was to find activities to do with your kids until we had a child of our own. Sure there was going to the park, or the zoo, but what if we wanted to find something new? Something like a small dance class, or sporting event? Why did we have to go to three different websites and talk to multiple friends to discover a fun one-day soccer class for toddlers?
That was just the start. When we began to travel we realized it was even more challenging to find fun family things to do that were not a big-name attraction. Where do we find a fun outdoor drum circle? Or attending a local market with yummy food? Where do I find a painting class for kids? It required a lot of research, which equaled time, and one thing that we learned very quickly is that when you have a toddler time is precious.
When we decided to create Gather we wanted to make a place that would help us and other families efficiently find fun things to do, speed up payments, and allow everyone to create their own private family events.

Event ticket cancelations and refunds are solely up to the business or independent contractor who is hosting the paid event. They have the option of no refunds, refunds within 24 hours of the event date and time, and refunds within 48 hours of the event date and time. I acknowledge that since my participation with Gather App, Inc. is voluntary, I will receive no financial compensation.
I hereby irrevocably authorize Gather App, Inc. to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute this photo for purposes of publicizing Gather App, Inc.'s programs or for any other related, lawful purpose.
